Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This policy is effective April 1, 2022 and includes any purchases made on or after this date.

My BEAMS CLUB selects the highest quality merchandise for our Members and stands behind the products we sell.  If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made online we will give you a refund or exchange within the guidelines below.  If your return is regarding an electronic item, such as a TV or laptop, we recommend contacting us prior to returning because many issues can be resolved over the phone or we can send a technician to resolve the issue.

Return Guidelines:

General merchandise (excluding electronics) must be in new condition with accessories intact. Returns are accepted within six months of purchase. We will not accept returns on non-grocery items purchased more than six months ago.

Exclusions:

  • Undamaged computers, electronics, televisions and home theater displays, and patio sets are returnable within 60 days of purchase with accessories intact.
  • Televisions, home theater displays, laptops and tablets found to be damaged upon initial inspection are returnable with their original packing and accessories within 7 days of receipt.
  • DVDs, computer software and video games must be in the original packaging and unopened.
  • Major appliances, including full-size refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, and dishwashers, are returnable within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email is as soon as possible.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened DVDs, computer software and video games.
  • Fireworks, or items with gas, oil or fuel added.
  • Bulk purchases of ten (10) or more units of the same item purchased online in the same transaction where the total price exceeds $1,000.
  • Products under a manufacturer’s warranty which have service center only restrictions. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with products such as:
    – Awnings
    – Boats
    – Gas-powered outdoor equipment
    – Fireworks or items with gas, oil or fuel added
    – Furniture sets purchased over sin month ago
    – Mattresses that are out of the plastic covering or opened
    – Outdoor recreational equipment and furnishings including: pools, screenhouses, sheds, spas and saunas, swing sets and trampolines.
    – Massage chairs that are opened

Refunds

To request a refund on an item or order please click the Request Refund button beside the order in the Orders Page of your Account. You may request a full or partial refund and provide more details in the comment box. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please click here to contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please click here to contact us and we will provide you with instructions on where to send your product to.

We regret that My BEAMS Club cannot cover the cost of shipping for products returned. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, Customs Duty and Warfage are non-refundable as these are paid over to the shipper and government and not to My BEAMS Club. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

My BEAMS Club offers an optional shipping insurance, which you may purchase during purchase of your product. This shipping insurance covers the cost for shipping for the products that you are returning.
