Our Bundled Grocery and Household Products are our Flagship Offerings. We make shopping for grocery and household supplies very simple, convenient as simply add then straight to cart and checkout. Or with a few more clicks you can customize them the way you wish by swapping out, removing and/or adding more products to the bundle.

There are three bundles that are currently in stock locally and are immediately available for delivery or picked up same day or next day. These are the Value Bundle, Premium Bundle and Build My Own Bundle Bermuda. 

Our Bundled Products can last between 2 to 3 months and will save you about $700 per month over if you were to purchase these items locally.

The Build My Own Bundle Unlimited as well as all other of the other items not carried in stock locally will be processed and shipped from the USA and will take between one and three weeks to be delivered to you. This is determined by whether we have sufficient consolidated orders and/or shipment to be sent off to Bermuda at the time we receive your order.

YOUR PRICES ARE ONLY A A FEW DOLLARS LESS THAN SOME WHOLESALES IN BERMUDA, WHY SHOULD I BUY FROM YOU?

My BEAMS Club is not a Wholesaler nor an online Supermarket. We are a Members Only Buyers Club. What this means is that our prices are based on the size of our memberships and the volume of orders that members are placing.

Therefore the more members we have and the higher the volume of orders that members are placing on a weekly or monthly basis, the lower the prices of the products will be.

We anticipate that the prices that you now see online will be reduced substantially as our membership grows and we are placing bigger orders with our suppliers.

The bigger our orders, the bigger will be our discounts from our suppliers, and this discount we will pass on to our members through product price reductions.

Therefore, the key to achieving much lower prices then is the more member and the more orders the lower the prices on the products

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALREADY IN BERMUDA OR DO YOU SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE USA?

For the time being, only  the items in our Pre-Packaged Bundle and our Build My Own Bundle Bermuda are currently carried in stock locally.

All other Bundles along with the rest of our catalogue items are shipped directly from the USA. This is also one of the way we keep down the prices of our products.

If your order is not one of our bundles or an item that we have locally in stock, it will be processed and shipped from the USA and will take between one and three weeks to be delivered to you. This is determined by whether we have sufficient consolidated orders and/or shipment to be sent off to Bermuda at the time we receive your order.

We encourage our members to make their purchases no later than Monday Night if they would like to receive their products the Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Packages are usually shipped on the Friday, gets to Bermuda on the Sunday or Monday and available for delivery between Monday and Tuesday.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Yes! My BEAMS Club is a subsidiary of BEAMS Clinic, which is a locally incorporated business in Bermuda with address at 44 Point Finger Rd, Paget. Our Administrative office Address is 2 Midsea Lane, Pembroke.

DO YOU ALLOW WALK-IN SHOPPING?

My BEAMS Club does not operate from a brick & mortar store front like a traditional supermarket.  This is one of the ways we are able to keep our prices this low, by minimizing the overhead expenses that are associates with a brick and mortar location. We do however have a warehouse location where your products are sorted, packaged and dispatched to your home or office.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT AFTER I SHIPPED MY PACKAGE TO MY USA ADDRESS

The process to follow after you have shipped your item to us is Delaware is to do the following:
1. Go to the website and click on the button that says MY SHIPMENT. On an computer it is just below the search bar. On a mobile device click the three horizontal lines at the top left corner.

2. Enter the details of your package i.g. Invoice Total, Dimensions (L,W,H) and  weight.

3. Upload the invoice

4. Use the description box to give us any instructions such if the item is fragile or need special handling.

The beauty of this form is that it also calculates the estimated shipping charge in real time. Of course it is estimated because most times the dimensions on the supplier website are not always accurate.

For example if you ordered a bed or something that needs to be assembled, most times the dimensions shown on the supplier website is the assembled dimension, however the unassembled package would be much smaller than the assembled which means that if you put in the dimensions of the assembled your estimated shipping and handling rate will greater than what you should pay.

So when the package reaches us we will send you the actual cost based on the actual dimensions.

Of course if your package does not need to be assembled then the shipping and handling rate that is calculated will be what you will pay in addition to duty charges.

IS YOUR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE REALLY FREE?

YES THAT IS CORRECT! Any item you ship with us, we will handle the customs clearance for you absolutely free! Customs clearance often accounts for a substantial portion of the cost of you shipment, sometimes even more that your duty and shipping charges.

At My BEAMS Club, we believe that getting your item to Bermuda does not have to be a costly and discouraging process. It is already expensive to pay for duty and shipping charges, therefore we waive this fee for all of our members and help you save.

NB: Customs Clearance is not the same as Customs Duty. Customs Duty is the tariff you pay to the Government of Bermuda on most imported goods and is not optional. Customs Clearance is the administrative fee that you pay to your shipper/forwarder to process the clearance of your goods.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A PROCESSING FEE?

My BEAMS Club does not put a markup from the products that we purchase from our suppliers. This is part of how we are able to keep our prices as low as possible. Also shipping charges go directly to the container line and duty to the Government of Bermuda.

Therefore, in order to take care of our overhead expenses such as:

  1. Website hosting and maintenance
  2. Paying staff
  3. Storage, holding and processing space rental among others
IS THERE A PROCESSING FEE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED TO YOU?

For items shipped through our address forwarding services, the processing fee is based on the size (dimensions) of the package as its value. This was we are fair in our charging standards so that a small package with a low value is not charged at the same percentage or rate of a large package with a high value or a small package with a high value. Please note that processing fees are only applicable to shipments that do not fall within the ambit of a Half or Full containers. These latter carry a different pricing standard. If you would like to receive a quotation of shipping a Half or Full Container with us please email us at support@mybeamsclub.com along with the details for your shipment.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

Yes. Because we are shipping your item from the USA it would not be economically practical to ship and deliver to you an item that values $18.99. Keep in mind that this total includes shipping and duty charges.

It would also not be reasonable to deliver an order of that amount. Our minimum order is based on the type of membership plan as follows:

  1. Single Individual - $200 minimum order.
  2. Single Business - $1,500 minimum order.
  3. Private Group - $1000 minimum order.
  4. Business Group - $2,500 minimum order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept both Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfers as payments.

We encourage our members to use the Bank Transfer option over Credit/Debit Cards in order to avoid the fees that are usually associated with this payment type (about 4% of the total of your order)
